The staff are very friendly and professional. We got in late (10pm) but were welcomed right away. This is a historic building that is well-maintained and clean. The breakfast is standard hotel lobby offerings, and the coffee was actually decent! I love that there is a natural spring in the back courtyard!!

Breakfast: Cannot believe they use real, patterned, plates here and real glass glasses. What a treat! Great breakfast fare. Wonderful historic two story hotel on the grounds of the Hot Springs state park. Easy walk to the nearby hot pools or just stay at the hotel an use their nice hot pool. Staff are really helpful and the home baked cookies are a nice treat.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was not spotless, but was clean where it counts! Breakfast options were many and very good! Was a quiet stay which is hard to find. Parking a large truck or trailer was difficult if you arrive in the dark, but once you can see where to park larger vehicles it was fine.

The property is located inside the Hot Springs State Park. that was awesome with trails and other amenities for the two little dogs that accompanied my friend. There was a nice restaurant right across the street called the Safari.

Very good breakfast, hot and cold items. Great coffee, bottled water available all day, and homemade cookies! Location was great in the State Park for the activities we were there for. Very friendly and courteous staff. Loved the historical building the BW Plaza is in.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Ida took care of our room and asked every day if we needed anything. She was super. Coffee and breakfast was a bonus.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and informative. For historic building, the rooms were on the smaller side but the accommodations were clean and nice. Breakfast is free and nice. the outdoor hot tub is a wonderful feature all year around

Well the milk ran out for cereal, meat tasted rancid and coffee was gone as well. We ended up having a waffle which tasted fine

I liked the facilities. The room was nice, and the breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed the hot springs on site. It was an excellent location for walking. They also had warm cookies at the reception desk.
