Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel

The staff are very friendly and professional. We got in late (10pm) but were welcomed right away. This is a historic building that is well-maintained and clean. The breakfast is standard hotel lobby offerings, and the coffee was actually decent! I love that there is a natural spring in the back courtyard!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was not spotless, but was clean where it counts! Breakfast options were many and very good! Was a quiet stay which is hard to find. Parking a large truck or trailer was difficult if you arrive in the dark, but once you can see where to park larger vehicles it was fine.

Breakfast: Cannot believe they use real, patterned, plates here and real glass glasses. What a treat! Great breakfast fare. Wonderful historic two story hotel on the grounds of the Hot Springs state park. Easy walk to the nearby hot pools or just stay at the hotel an use their nice hot pool. Staff are really helpful and the home baked cookies are a nice treat.

The room and bathroom were beautiful. All the attention to detail was amazing. The bathtub/soaker my wife loved.

Paul and Darla were fantastic and so helpful about local history and things to do nearby. They put our ice packs from our cooler into the freezer which was so helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable.
